Strawberry-Rhubarb Vegan Ice Cream

Try this cool creation for two.

1 fresh rhubarb stalk
2 cups frozen strawberries
1-2 tbsp. agave syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup NutraCleanse™

Chop rhubarb into chunks and place in a  high-powered blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and process first on low, and then slowly turn to high. 

Using the wand (we like to call it a masher) that comes with your blender, mash food down into the blade while blender is processing. Continue until mixture is smooth and creamy. 

Scoop out of blender with a spoon into a bowl, and serve immediately.
