Orange Appeal, High Fiber Smoothie

Good morning sunshine! Here's a high fiber and protein smoothie to warm a cold winter's day.


  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1 slice mango or papaya, peeled
  • 1 egg, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/3 cup NutraCleanse


Add the fruit in pieces and then crack the egg into the blender. Add NutraCleanse. Pour in the orange juice and soy milk. Put the lid on the blender and set the speed to ‘high’ for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
