Dr. William Davis, M.D., author of the bestselling Wheat Belly will be headlining at Total Health 2015 on the 18th and 19th April to present two keynote lectures, a workshop, and participate in panel discussions and a book signing. www.totalhealthshow.com

Dr. Davis will be discussing how the changed components of modern wheat stimulate appetite, contribute to the expansion of abdominal fat, trigger autoimmune diseases, and contribute to a wide range of other common health conditions. He will also explore the powerful wheat-obesity connection and offer solutions to help people find their way out of the tragedy created by "healthy whole grains,” and show why eliminating wheat and other grains is just the start.

Dr. William Davis is author of the #1 New York Times Bestselling Wheat Belly, the book that has helped spark a worldwide reconsideration of the conventional advice to “eat more healthy whole grains.” Formerly an interventional cardiologist, he now confines his practice to prevention and reversal of coronary disease. As part of his ongoing effort to better document the adverse health effects of wheat, he has founded the Wheat Free Research and Education Foundation, to fund research and provide education and information to the public.
