Apple Crisp with Oats and Omega 3 NutraCleanse®

This classic, Autumn dessert can be doubled for a deeper dish.

Ingredients

For the filling

4 medium baking apples
1/4 cup – 2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the topping
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour 6 tablespoons of old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons Omega 3 NutraCleanse®
Combine 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then, butter a 6-inch square baking dish.

For the filling

Cut the apples into 3/4-inch pieces. Add them to a large bowl with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix and add to the baking dish.

For the topping

Combine flour, oats, Omega 3 NutraCleanse® and topping sugar into a medium bowl. Add the melted butter then stir until all the flour has been moistened by the butter and the topping becomes crumbly.
